Your data,
without mystery.

Who is responsible?

The Keepseat community, represented by its administrator, is responsible for this processing. You can contact the administrator through the Keepseat Discord server.

What is collected?

When you join with Discord, Keepseat records your Discord identifier, display name, avatar, seat number, membership state, and the time of your last interaction used for the 30-day seat rule. When you use the site, Keepseat links your authenticated account to that Discord identity. If you submit the public form, Keepseat records your email address, the options you selected, and when you consented.

Why is it used?

Member data runs the community, assigns seats and roles, tracks the 30-day seat activity rule, and gives administrators the tools needed to moderate the room. Email is used only for the newsletter or alpha invitation you explicitly select. Essential authentication cookies keep signed-in areas working; Keepseat does not use advertising cookies.

Who receives it?

Data is handled by the services needed to operate Keepseat, including Discord, Supabase, the site hosting infrastructure, and the configured email delivery provider. Public seat pages show only the seat number, display name, avatar, membership state—not internal account or Discord identifiers.

How long is it kept?

Member and seat history is kept while the community operates, including changes to seat numbers. Newsletter details are retained until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. A minimal suppression record may remain after unsubscribe so the address is not contacted again. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from every newsletter email. You may also ask the administrator for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for future email at any time. If a concern is not resolved, you may contact your local data-protection authority.
